owner's villa.
Within walking distance, and overlooked from the apartment's private garden are Pettycur and Kinghorn beaches.
The apartment has magnificent panoramic views over the Firth of Fourth and is ideally suited to those seeking peaceful
accommodation close to many amenities.
Kinghorn has good public transport links - both bus and rail services being within easy reach of the property.
Approximately 15 miles north of Kinghorn is the well-appointed RSPB nature centre overlooking Loch Leven at Vane Farm.
The centre has an observation room, a nature trail, and a hide by the shore overlooking a birdwatching “scrape”
(a shallow pool).
Thousands of pink-footed geese arrive here in autumn. Large numbers breeding or overwintering duck, geese, and whooper
swans are on the loch, while the surrounding wet fields have breeding snipe, redshank, and lapwing.
The coastline of Fife has numerous small quaint fishing villages who's harbours invite exploration.
The golfer is almost equidistant from Gleneagles and the 'home of golf' - St Andrews both of which are an hour's drive from
Kinghorn.
There is an excellent golf course in Kinghorn only yards from the apartment. Other fine courses within easy reach include
Markinch, Lochgelly and Aberdour.
Scotland's Capital City, Edinburgh is a short rail or road trip from Kinghorn and takes around 20 minutes by car.
